Account Executive

AIMedia Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to sell fulfillment, kitting, hand assembly, print and/or other 3PL services for our Fulfillment and Distribution Division. The Account Executive provides consultative services to the customer understanding their business needs and assisting in developing solutions to meet the clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies, develops and qualifies potential leads through business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet, and networking.
- Sells company products and services to customers and prospects. Listens for any opportunity to sell new services to a current customer.
- Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with customers by understanding customer needs and providing expertise in the development of customer business solutions.
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding annual sales goals for all products and services.
- Travels to call on regular and prospective customers or talks with customers by phone.
- Works closely with management to develop new sales strategies, product recommendations, pricing plans.
- Develops and delivers presentations and conducts facility tours.
- Coordinates internal resources to develop quote prices and delivery of services.
- Investigates and resolves customer problems providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepares company reports, correspondence, activities, expenses, pricing adjustments, and billing in a timely manner.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- 3 years successful selling experience preferably to corporate/business accounts.
- Ability to travel and dedicate time to prospecting and servicing customers.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic, dependable, accountable and goal driven.
- Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with databases and spreadsheets.
- Practical experience with CRM system is a plus.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Consultative selling experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of fulfillment, kitting, hand assembly, digital print and/or other 3PL services is a plus.
