Bleed

Bleed diagramBleed: Printed colors or images that run to the edge of the paper.

To accommodate the bleed, the printer must make the bleed image area larger than the final trim size. The page is trimmed through the bleed area. Our templates outline the bleed area which is 1/8" or .125 past where the printed piece will trim. Make sure your artwork extends past the blue trim light to the red bleed line.
