Can you call to place and order over the phone?
At this point, MacAlmon Music is not at a place where we can operate a call center. We can communicate via email, please use the contact form below.
DO NOT SEND - sensitive information (i.e. Credit Card numbers) over email. Use of the website's order page are protected by SSL encryption and all credit cards are processed by Authorize.net.
If you are not able to order through the website, please place an order by mail. Print your shopping cart and send it to MacAlmon Music, LLC. at PO Box 62501, Colorado Springs, CO 80962. With your payment, personal checks or money orders, DO NOT SEND CASH. Personal checks will require 5 business days before product is shipped.

If you have not yet received an order confirmation, please add support@aimediasolutions.com to your address book, some email systems are over protective against spam and capture our order confirmation emails. If the order was successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes containing your order number and order details.
If you do not see an order in your account Orders section, you may have not proceeded past the review order page. Please attempt your order again and resume your cart.
ORDER TRACKING / SHIPPING OPTIONS
How soon can you receive a package. Rush shipping with a tracking number is offered as an option option on checkout. In most cases, Monday - Friday, if you place your order before 3PM Central Time, you should receive your product within 48 hours. Once the product has been shipped, you may view your tracking information on the My Account page.
